Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password, follow the prompts to reset your password.

In order to reset your password the University of the Free State (UFS) will send an SMS message to the mobile number, or an email to your personal email address, available for your account on the UFS system. This system will provide you with a security code required to reset your password. By clicking the Search button you give the UFS permission to send the SMS to your mobile number or the email to your personal email address. If you experience any problems or prefer not to receive the SMS message or the email message, please reference the FAQ document.
